Banana Bread

For fist time ever, I baked an amazing Banana Bread. Here are the ingredients ( P.S, i just got everything i found from my refrigerator and cabinets so its kind of like an experiment but the results were awsome)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of flour
sweetened, moist, grated coconut
1/3 cup melted butter or Yogurt
4 ripe bananas, smashed
1 cup sugar1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
cashew nuts
blue berries

Method:No need for a mixer for this recipe. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). With a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in. Add the flour last, mix. Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve.

Me voy o no me voy?

Aun no puedo confirmar si empezare o no mi internship in CT, porque?

Post Xmas

It has been a relaxing weekend, spending a good time with Zoe and my mam. Also, I have been working out doing some cardio and weights.
I am happy Xmas is over because being away from my hole family doesnt make my Xmas the same. Now, its time to think about New Years, what should I do?
Every year I imagine myself in a cruice or in a new country celebrating a new year however, the last five years, I end up in a Ok dance club or watching T.V at home so nothing exciting.
This year seems like its going to be something like that because i dont have money for a trip, neither the people to go with... However, writting this, is giving me a good idea.. I should do something new or out of the ordinary this year, so I can remember my 2010 New Year...
I will be looking for ideas, what about a voluntary work or ? mmm I dont know ...
Anyway, besides that I want to make sure to receive the New Year with a clean and organize place so these days prior New Year, I will be all into cleaning and organizing my place, specially all my papers.

Back to blogging

I am kind of disappointment with myself for not keep updating my blog after my trip to Europe. So many experiences to share and things I have learned. I want to make sure to have it in writing so I don't forget.
At this point I just finished classes at the U, which make me feel happy and release. I will have the rest of December to put some time in blogging before I more to Ct to start my 6 months Internship.
